3. The graphic symbols for public information within the hotel comply with the LB/AT001 standard.
4. There is a central air conditioning system.
5. There is a background sound system.
6. There is a computer management system suitable for five-star hotels.
2、 Basic requirements for hotel reception halls
1. The reception hall is spacious, luxurious in decoration, and well lit.
2. There is a general service desk that is suitable for the size and five-star rating of the hotel. The general service desk has a Chinese and English logo, and is divided into sections for reception, inquiry, and checkout. There are staff on duty 24 hours a day.
3. Provide message service, one-time total bill settlement service, credit card service, and 18 hour foreign currency exchange service.
4. The front desk provides promotional materials for hotel service projects, hotel price lists, Chinese and English text city traffic maps, national tourist traffic maps, introductions to local and national tourist attractions, various transportation schedules, newspapers and magazines, etc.
5. It can directly accept domestic and international room bookings within 8 hours, with a safe opened by both the hotel and guests, a security attendant, a dedicated baggage handler, a duty manager, and a lobby manager.
6. Set up guest rest areas in non operating areas, provide in store person search services and arrange taxi services, have access ramps for disabled people in the foyer and main public areas, and equip wheelchairs.
